Monthly Resource: Building Stronger Relationships At Home
Dear Parents,
When it comes to helping our kids thrive and live the life God intends for them, one key area stands out. It’s not about their grades, school, sports, or any of their accomplishments. Those matter, but what we’re highlighting today goes much deeper than that. As parents, if we can teach our kids how to build and sustain healthy relationships, we will equip them to handle whatever challenges life brings their way.
Of course, our ultimate goal is to guide them into an authentic relationship with Jesus. However, an essential part of discipleship involves helping them develop and nurture relationships with friends, teachers, coaches, and even with us. We all long for community and connection, and fostering those starts with cultivating strong, meaningful relationships—relationships that can bear the weight of life’s ups and downs.
