CrossRoads recognizes that all of its facilities first and foremost belong to God. Therefore, it is our mission to serve our community by allowing the use of it for special events. To apply for the use of a CrossRoads building, please fill out the Facilities Request Application below and send a check or cash deposit to

Can be mailed to: PO Box 12792, Lake Charles, LA 70612 or can be dropped off at CrossRoads Tuesday 1:00 - 4:30 pm or Wednesday through Friday 10:00 am - 4:30 pm.
